During the hiking, you will enjoy the magnificent views on the Rainforest Perucica, the Queen of the mountains Zelengora, the second highest peak of Bosnia and Herzegovina Volujak. Also you will see the highest mountain peak of Montenegro, Bobotov Kuk. Near Maglic are the 2 highest peaks of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the deepest canyon in Europe, and many other natural beauties that you can see in the Maglic mountain hike adventure. In this adventure, you will experience a safari drive with our Land Rover and Mitsubishi off-road vehicles.

First day we will enjoy in the unique Trnovacko lake which is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the Balkans. We will visit nearby viewpoint and if you wish we can visit the cave.

Although it is located at 1,517 meters above sea level, during summer days the water temperature is around 20 degrees and is ideal for swimming. There are a few of smaller islands on the lake that you can swim to and view the environment from another perspective. Also, Trnovacko lake is rich in fish so that all fishing lovers can enjoy fishing in the pristine clean water and peace that sometimes interrupts twitter of the bird.

Near Trnovacko lake we organize the night in a tent or wooden houses, depending on what you want.

Itinerary

Day 1Trnovacko lake

Arrival to our camp at 8:30 am. Breakfast and departure on an unforgettable Maglic mountain hike adventure. Time and place of departure if you wish we can change.
After a 2 hour drive through the National Park Sutjeska we arrive at the place Prijevor where our walking begins. After 2 hours of walking, we reach the top of Maglic mountain. After enjoying the perfect views from the highest mountain peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we continue to the Carev do, from where there is an unreal view of Trnovacko lake.

We will return the spent energy with a lunch package. After 1 hour of walking, we arrive at Trnovacko lake, where we will spend the night in a million-star hotel (tent). Rest, dinner (homemade food) and sleep.

Day 2Maglic mountain hike

Breakfast at 8:00h.
Free activities, swimming in the lake, visiting the lake, fishing…Packing of equipment and departure to the starting point where our vehicle will be located.
End of Maglic mountain hike activity.
