Start and IntroductionYour adventure begins in Foca or Tjentiste, where you will meet your guide and board our off-road vehicle. After a short introduction to the history and natural wonders of Sutjeska National Park, we start the scenic drive toward the heart of Zelengora Mountain.
Stop 1: Gornje Bare LakeWe arrive at the plateau of Gornje Bare. From there, a pleasant 20-minute walk leads to this peaceful glacial lake, surrounded by rolling green meadows. Here, you will have time to enjoy the landscape, take photos, and experience the quiet alpine atmosphere of Zelengora.
Stop 2: Donje Bare LakeOur next destination is Donje Bare Lake, one of the most beautiful and easily accessible lakes in the park. We take a relaxing break by the water’s edge, while enjoying the untouched nature and the serenity that defines Sutjeska National Park.
Stop 3: Boric ViewpointFrom Donje Bare, a 25-minute walk leads us to the famous Boric viewpoint, offering one of the most spectacular panoramas in Bosnia and Herzegovina. From this vantage point, you can admire the Perućica Rainforest, the mighty peak of Maglic, and the dramatic ridges of Volujak, Trnovacki Durmitor, and Bioc.
